The Opening Film at Nordic Youth Film Festival 2009!
A woman has been living in Mathare for a long time. She was maried in Mathare, brought her family up there, and then her husband is crippled, so she has to wash clothes in order to feed the family and provide the daily bread. The money that she earns from washing allows her to start a small business selling vegetables, in turn, helps her two children to get an education.
